I start with your branding, then bring together website design, graphic design, AI workflows, and SNS marketing to shape how your business is presented.

Renewals of existing websites are also welcome. German and English website production is available.

- Please note that after delivery, it will be difficult for clients to edit or update the text themselves.
- Server upload and domain setup are handled by the client. Setup support is available as an option, from ¥33,000 (excl. tax).
A full website plan with news or blog updates. It combines the efficiency of AI with careful human editing and design. If you are nearby, in-person photography is also available. Existing website renewals are welcome.

- News and blog functions included, so clients can edit and add posts after delivery
- AI may be used to support drafting, while all structure, copy, and design decisions are refined by hand
- Up to 3 major design revisions included
- Delivery from approximately 1 month (please let me know if you have a preferred deadline)
Bring your products and services to the German-speaking market. One package covers everything from a bilingual Japanese–German website to local-market presentation and German promotional materials. Even without text or photos, careful consultation makes a full hand-off possible.

- Concept and copy designed from a local perspective, based on 18 years in Germany

Subscription Plans
This is a continuing 24-month contract. Total payment: from ¥355,200 (excl. tax). Early cancellation incurs a fee based on the remaining months.
A two-year subscription plan that includes production, maintenance, and website updates. The production scope is equivalent to the Standard Course, including AI-supported production, WordPress, and blog/news functions.
- One website update per month
- Includes one round of edits or added information per month, up to 30 minutes
This is a continuing 24-month contract. Total payment: from ¥240,000 (excl. tax). Early cancellation incurs a fee based on the remaining months.
A simple, lower-cost plan focused on website production, maintenance, and one monthly update, without blog/news functions.
Notes and Disclaimers
- If the project exceeds the maximum number of pages included in a plan, I will discuss the scope with you and provide an additional estimate.
- Additional fees may apply for major design changes beyond the included revision count, or for significant specification changes after production has begun.
- For the Light Production Plan, I cannot be held responsible for display issues, data loss, or other problems caused by client-side server uploads or later setting changes after delivery.
- When AI-generated illustrations, photos, copy, or other materials are used, I cannot be held responsible for copyright or intellectual property disputes related to those outputs. Please confirm rights as needed on your side.
- I cannot be held responsible for future issues caused by updates to WordPress, plugins, or external APIs. Separate maintenance support is available.
- Subscription plans are based on a two-year continuing contract with automatic renewal. Cancellation during the contract period will incur a fee based on the remaining months.
Germany & EU Market Entry Support
Having lived in Germany for 18 years, I support Japanese products and services entering the German and European markets. I am preparing my own Japanese tea export business to the EU — market research, EU labeling rules and all — so I can walk with you from your very first questions.

Graphic Design

I support SNS operation using Instagram, X, and other platforms to increase awareness and attract customers. Together, we organize content, presentation, and user flow based on your goals.
